Central Monitoring
The Zaptronix Central Monitoring Bureau provides for both proactive and preventative management measures as well as reactive services in response to reported issues or requests. The services entry point is through our Command Centre which operates 24/7/365 providing call logging and event tracking capability. We manage the 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support processes utilising either our own capabilities or, where required, the capabilities of third parties subject to a service level agreement.Our central monitoring bureau can help reduce the manpower cost associated with running and maintaining non core functions by remotely managing our customers sites using a sophisticated systems management interface linked to an integrated site map and alarm gateway that allow our staff to monitor and manage multiple systems such as Video surveillance, Access Control, Fire Detection, Fleet Management, Power and Energy Management, and retail solutions, that are installed and integrated at any business premises such as factories, mines, buildings, retail stores, etc,

The Command Centre
The Zaptronix Central Command Centre provides the monitoring service and acts as a single point of contact for advice, guidance and the rapid restoration of normal service to customers and users. Furthermore, it is the interface for change management, maintenance contracts, software licence queries, service level management, availability management, and business/technology continuity management. The Command Centre is based on best practice processes software systems and telephony infrastructure.
